Randy and his wife Natalie successfully ran the business for over three decades, building a reputation for exceptional service and integrity. In November 2024, Austin Cartelli had the honor of acquiring Hilliard Automotive from the Hilliards. Having spent his entire career in the automotive industry as a technician and service writer, Austin was deeply impressed by the outstanding reputation and tight-knit family atmosphere that Randy had cultivated. This strong foundation and commitment to quality made acquiring the business an easy decision. Today, Hilliard Automotive continues to thrive as a trusted partner in car care for the community.
